We recommend placing your cake order at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom designs. However, we understand that sometimes things come up last minute, so feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, we offer delivery. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance and complexity of the order. Please contact us for more information about delivery options and pricing.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made less than 8 days in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as we may have already started preparing your order.

To maintain the freshness and quality of your cake, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Terms & Conditions

Cake Design – All cakes are created from scratch, with each cake being unique & custom-made. We do not copy a design exactly from the picture, rather use it as an inspiration when designing & creating your cake.

Pick-Up/ Delivery – We will not accept liability if the cake is damaged once the cake is picked up or delivered.

Storage – It is highly recommended to keep cakes in a cool area, away from any heat sources or direct sunlight.

Any leftover cake must be stored in a food safe container in the refrigerator & consumed within 48 hours of pick up.

Allergies – The cakes are prepared in a kitchen where allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten etc. may be used. We are not liable for any allergic reactions. It is the client’s responsibility to inform your guests of any risks.

Non-Edible Items – The Cake may contain non-edible items such as cake toppers, decorations, dowels, wires etc. These need to be removed prior to serving the cake.

Deposit – A 50% deposit (via bank transfer) is required to book in your order. Balance is paid 5 days before delivery or on pick up. All Deposits are non-refundable- if you cancel your order 7 days or less prior to when the cake is due. Please contact us immediately if you need to postpone your event.

Photographs – We reserve the right to take & use photographs of your cakes for promotional & marketing purposes.

Agreement – By placing an order with Cake Wishes, you agree with the Terms & Conditions, as stated above.
